[Affinity Bioscience] Phospho-AXL (Tyr702) Antibody

Background:

AXL은 성장인자 GAS6와 결합하여 세포외 기질(extracellular matrix)로부터 세포질 내로 신호를 전달하는 수용체 티로신 키나아제(Receptor Tyrosine Kinase, RTK)입니다. 이를 통해 세포 생존(Cell Survival), 세포 증식(Cell Proliferation), 세포 이동(Migration), 세포 분화(Differentiation) 등 다양한 생리학적 과정을 조절합니다. 세포 표면에서 리간드와 결합하면 AXL의 이량체화(Dimerization) 및 자가인산화(Autophosphorylation)가 유도됩니다.

리간드에 의해 활성화된 후 AXL은 PI3-kinase 하위 단위인 PIK3R1, PIK3R2, PIK3R3의 티로신 인산화를 유도하며, GRB2, PLCG1, LCK, PTPN11과도 상호작용합니다. 또한 CBL, NCK2, SOCS1, TNS2 역시 AXL의 하위 기질 후보로 알려져 있습니다. AXL에 의한 GRB2 및 phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase 조절 하위 단위의 모집은 AKT kinase의 하위 신호 활성화를 유도합니다.
